Ticket Refund Policy

We unfortunately do not offer refunds unless a show is canceled. As noted in our terms and conditions all sales are final.  The option to purchase Ticket Insurance is available through Ticket Spice upon checkout.  In the case of location or date changes, electronic communication will be sent via email to alert ticketholders of any such changes. 

Customer Support Hours:

Monday - Sunday, 7am - 6pm Pacific Time, except on event days. 

Our staff is onsite on show days and phone coverage is limited due to extra show day activity.
